Ashley Dickerson

Director

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Ashley joined Salado Montessori in 2018. She has worn many hats from starting as the After School Teacher, then transitioning to the Office Administrator, and now being voted in as the Director. Now having almost a decade of experience with the local community and Montessori education, Ashley is prepared to lead the school and follow the child!

Claudia Villalpando

Lead Guide

A native Texan, this wife and mother of 4 has vast experience working in daycares and classrooms throughout Central Texas. She received a Child Development Associates (CDA) in 2011 and is excited to complete her AMI 3-6 Primary diploma in July 2026. She joined Salado Montessori in 2021 and is excited to lead the classroom!

Alissa McClure

Founder Volunteer

Alissa has moved around much of her life, but has made Central Texas her home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and was the visionary of the school's development and founding. The beginnings of the school started as her dream and became a reality with its opening in 2018.
