Chelsey Webb
Director/Lead Guide
A native Texan, Chelsey has been the Director and Lead Guide of Salado Montessori since it opened in 2018. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and AMI Primary (3-6) Diploma. Chelsey was a Montessori child herself and knows personally the benefits of Montessori education. She has worked in various Montessori classrooms since 2003.
Claudia Villalpando
Assistant Teacher
Also a native Texan, this wife and mother of 4 has vast experience working in daycares and classrooms throughout Central Texas. She received a Child Development Associates (CDA) in 2011 and currently pursuing her AMI 3-6 Primary diploma. She joined Salado Montessori in 2021.
Ashley Dickerson
Office Administrator
From Kansas City, Missouri, Ashley joined Salado Montessori in 2018. She is currently working on obtaining a Bachleors in Healthcare Management. She is a busy mom and wife who is dedicated to the visions of the school.
Alissa McClure
Founder/Volunteer
Alissa has moved around much of her life, but has made Central Texas her home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and was the visionary of the school's development and founding. The beginnings of the school started as her dream and became a reality with its opening in 2018.
